The Firm’s hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time. At all other times, general and individual voicemail is available and may be accessed and messages left through the office main switchboard number, or through general or individual e-mail, or facsimile.
Other consultation times are available if scheduled in advance. The Firm will attempt to accommodate all reasonable meeting time requests to eliminate interference with a client’s work and personal schedules. As a general policy, Dixon & Moseley, P.C. operates on scheduled appointment and is unable to accommodate walk-in traffic.
Messages are checked on a frequent basis after hours, on weekends and throughout holidays. However, any message left should be of a general nature. Specific legal directions, courses of action, emergency requests or deadlines will not be acted upon and are not accepted for such legal action or direction. The exception to this policy is by personal contact with your retained counsel.
